(get_intel_cpu): Handle Granite Rapids.

(enum processor_subtypes): Add INTEL_GRANTIERAPIDS.
* config.gcc: Add -march=graniterapids.

Handle graniterapids.

Ditto.
* config/i386/i386-options.cc (m_GRANITERAPIDS): New.
