Cgl (COIN-OR Cut Generation Library) is an open collection of cutting plane
implementations ("cut generators") for use in teaching, research and
applications.  Cgl can be used with other COIN-OR packages that make use of
cuts, such as the mixed integer linear programming solver Cbc.  Each cut
generator is maintained separately and all generators are combined into one
library when Cgl is compiled.

This package provides the Cgl shared library, the public C++ headers and the
pkgconfig integration files, so that other COIN-OR projects (Cbc, BCP, ...)
can be built and run against the Cgl cut generation library.
