%description
CoinUtils is an open-source collection of classes and helper functions that
are generally useful to multiple COIN-OR projects.  These utilities include
classes for storing and manipulating sparse matrices and vectors, performing
matrix factorization, parsing input files in standard formats, building
representations of mathematical programs, comparing floating point numbers
with a tolerance, performing simple presolve operations and warm starting
algorithms for mathematical programs.

This package provides the CoinUtils shared library, the public C and C++
headers, the pkgconfig integration files and the documentation, so that
other COIN-OR projects (Osi, Clp, Cgl, Cbc, ...) can be built and run
against the CoinUtils library.
